通過芳療 (精油調配在適當的基礎油裡) 可以幫助濕疹或者富貴手，這種皮膚有問題的病本身無法完全治愈。沒有神奇的藥丸，藥膏或治療方法可以完全地根治濕疹，但是治療方法的確可以減輕症狀並消除濕疹帶來的痛苦。
研究發現，椰子油具有抗炎和減痛的作用，對於處理慢性炎性和傷口有幫助，有助於減輕濕疹帶來的不適感。 特別適合用於乾燥缺水、 濕疹、主婦手及香港腳等引起的皮膚痕癢。
