Our products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as the nature of our items are customized consumable goods unless the parcel you received is damaged. All courses that has signed up cannot be canceled unless valid reason given and you have to contact us as soon as possible, however whatever fees already paid can only be exchanged for items or other courses with same value.
