黑種草籽油（Black Cumin Seed Oil）黑種草籽 Black seed oil 是一支黑色神秘的油品，雖然它不常見在亞洲，但卻是不得不提及的一支神聖油。它是經由黑種草的籽經由冷壓壓榨而成的。據說這種黑色種子壓榨出來的油含有超過上百種的成份，甚至到目前為止還有一些成份沒有完全被開發出來，可見它的神秘之處。
黑種草籽可被追朔到三千年前的古代，黑種草籽當時就被視為一種神秘又神聖的種子油，代表的意義是【永恆的生命】，雖然它不是真的會另人可以永恆，但代表著古代人對於這個黑色的神秘種籽附予了很高的敬意。
拉丁學名︰ Nigella sativa 原產地︰ 埃及 萃取法︰ 冷壓 (種子)
主要成分是亞油酸（50~60%），再來是油酸（25%左右）。具抗氧、抗敏、滋養、舒緩皮膚敏感發紅，也可以減少老化造成的細紋和皺紋。適用於受損、乾性及熟齡肌膚。含有Omega6亞麻油酸，是肌膚皮脂膜形成的必要成分，同時提供潤澤度並幫助肌膚抵抗外在環境壓力。
用途 : 按摩、保養臉部與全身身體; 可用於稀釋精油或直接使用於皮膚

Black Cumin Seed Oil is extracted from the seeds of Nigella sativa, a plant native to southwest Asia. It is used by some for the treatment of asthma, diabetes, hypertension, weight loss, and other conditions.
Black seed oil is extracted from N. sativa seeds and has been used in traditional medicine for over 2,000 years due to its many therapeutic benefits. Black seed oil is high in antioxidants — plant compounds that help protect cells against damage caused by unstable molecules called free radicals
In particular, black seed oil is rich in one of its key components - thymoquinone, which has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
In addition to medical uses, black seed oil is commonly used topically to help with a variety of skin conditions and to hydrate hair. Research suggests that due to its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects, black seed oil may help in treating a few skin conditions, including:
